Welcome to my website! I am a Ph.D. candidate in economics at Tulane University, with expected completion in 2026. My research explores the new types of questions that can be answered in public finance, taxation, and economic development when machine learning, causal inference, and social welfare theory are combined. I write about optimal taxation, tax enforcement, and government expenditure policies in both developed and developing economies.
In Fall 2026, I will be joining the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa as an Assistant Professor of economics within UHERO.
